A clear and informative description helps your users understand the purpose of your Help Center. Here’s how to change it:

Steps to Customize Your Help Center Description:

  1. Log in to Your Account
  2. Access your Help Center dashboard and log in.
  3. Go to Branding Settings
  4. Click your avatar in the top-right corner to open the modal.
  5. In the modal, select the General tab in the left sidebar under Branding.
  6. Edit Help Center Description
  7. Find the Description section and enter a new description for your Help Center.
  8. Save Changes
  9. Once you’re satisfied with the description, click Save Changes to apply it.

That’s it! Your new description is now updated. If you experience any issues, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. For further assistance, contact our support team.
