How to Customize Your Help Center Name

Your Help Center’s name is a key part of its identity. Here’s how to change it:

Steps to Customize Your Help Center Name:

1. Log in to Your Account
2. Log in to your Help Center dashboard.
3. Go to Branding Settings
4. Click on your avatar in the top-right corner to open the modal.
5. In the modal, select the General tab in the left sidebar under Branding.
6. Edit Help Center Name
7. In the Name section, type in your new Help Center name.
8. Save Changes
9. After entering the new name, click Save Changes to update your Help Center’s name.
