Customizing your Help Center logo helps align your support portal with your company’s branding. Follow these steps to easily upload and adjust your logo.
Steps to Customize Your Help Center Logo
- Log in to Your Account
- Go to your Help Center dashboard and log in using your credentials.
- Go to Branding Settings
- In the top-right corner, click on your avatar to open the modal.
- In the modal, click on the General tab in the left sidebar under Branding.
- Upload a New Logo
- In the Logo section, click Upload New Logo or Change Logo.
- Choose an image file from your device (Recommended formats: JPEG, PNG, or SVG).
- Adjust and Save
- If necessary, crop or adjust the logo to fit within the required dimensions.
- Once satisfied, click Save Changes to apply your new logo.
That’s it! Your new logo is now updated. If you experience any issues, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. For further assistance, contact our support team.
