How to Update URL Slug
You can update the URL slug for both categories and articles in your Help Center. The URL slug determines the structure of the page URL and can be easily updated. Here’s how to do it:
Steps to Update URL Slug for Categories and Articles:
- Log in to Your Account
- Access your Help Center dashboard and log in.
- Navigate to the Category or Article
- Go to the category or article you want to update the URL slug for.
- Click the Gear Icon
- At the above category or article title, click the gear icon.
- Open the Popup
- This will open a popup where you can make changes to the category or article settings.
- Update the URL Slug
- In the popup, find the URL field. Here, you can edit the slug for the category or article. This will change the part of the URL that follows your domain (e.g., yourcompany.semope.com/category-name or yourcompany.semope.com/article-name).
- Save Changes
- After editing the URL slug, click Save Changes to update the URL.
That’s it! Your new URL is now updated. If you experience any issues, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. For further assistance, contact our support team.
