1. Log in to Your Account
2. Go to your Help Center dashboard and log in using your credentials.
3. Go to Your Profile Settings
4. Click on your avatar image in the top-right corner of the screen.
5. This will open the Account Popup.
6. In the Account Popup, click the Profile tab in the left sidebar under Settings.
7. You will see the Profile Picture option.
8. Upload a New Profile Picture
9. Click Upload New Image or Change Picture.
10. Select an image from your device (JPEG, PNG, or GIF formats recommended).
11. Adjust and Save
12. If needed, crop or adjust your image to fit the required dimensions.
13. Click Save Changes to update your profile picture.
